After searching in Safari, your searched words will stay in the history. Anyone who taps in that field to do a search will see what you have been recently typing in, you may want to remove keywords used. It’s very easy to do.
If you share your device with someone or you simply want to make searches private, just follow this simple step and all words will be removed permanently.
After you are done doing your searches in the search field of Safari,
touch Settings,
Safari,
Clear History
You will get a confirmation, then all words searched are deleted.
